He brings over 30 years of experience in sales and business development to his role as Director of Business Development at DoTec Engineering. Known for his results-driven approach and strong relationship-building skills, Ben has played a critical role in driving the company’s strategic growth, securing numerous partnerships, and expanding DoTec’s market presence.
With deep industry expertise, proven leadership, and strong local connections, Ben is a key contributor to the long-term success and value of both the organization and its clients.
Outside the office, Ben is an avid golfer, drawn to the strategy, focus, and camaraderie of the game—qualities that closely mirror his approach to building meaningful and effective business relationships.

A recent graduate of Emporia State University in Kansas, Eduardo has quickly made his mark in the industry by leading teams, adapting fast, and consistently delivering results.
Originally from Guatemala City, Guatemala, Eduardo’s journey has taken him across borders and cultures, ultimately leading him to the St. Louis area. His experiences have shaped a strong work ethic grounded in purpose, persistence, and a deep passion for connecting with people.
Since joining DOtec in November 2024, Eduardo has been supporting large-scale development projects across Texas, Georgia, and Missouri. His focus is on delivering housing solutions for underserved communities—work that aligns with his commitment to making a meaningful social impact. Eduardo is known for going the extra mile for clients and helping deliver real, lasting solutions.
Outside of work, Eduardo is a multilingual communicator, fluent in English and Spanish, and currently learning French. He’s also a former bartender with a knack for crafting the perfect piña colada or mojito. Dean joined DOTec in 2017, bringing with him over 30 years of strong technical sales experience.
After completing his college education with a major in Business and a minor in English, Dean launched his professional sales career as a manufacturer’s representative. For more than two decades, he successfully sold packaging machinery and processing equipment to major clients across the food & beverage, health & nutrition, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and agricultural industries throughout the Midwest.
Building on this extensive sales and marketing background, Dean further expanded his expertise by selling industrial water treatment equipment for Culligan International’s Commercial Division, followed by a role at Fall Protection Systems. He ultimately joined DOTec to help establish and grow the company’s current sales department, contributing significantly to its success.
