Ben Cochran was born and raised in the St. Louis area—where he continues to live and work. He brings over 30 years of experience in sales and business development to his role as Director of Business Development at DoTec Engineering. Known for his results-driven approach and strong relationship-building skills, Ben has played a critical role in driving the company’s strategic growth, securing numerous partnerships, and expanding DoTec’s market presence.
With deep industry expertise, proven leadership, and strong local connections, Ben is a key contributor to the long-term success and value of both the organization and its clients.
Outside the office, Ben is an avid golfer, drawn to the strategy, focus, and camaraderie of the game—qualities that closely mirror his approach to building meaningful and effective business relationships.
