As Director of Business Development, he works closely with clients to discuss project needs and connect them with the right engineering team to ensure every goal is met with precision and efficiency.

Stephen is known for his approachable style and commitment to building strong, solution-driven relationships.

A recent graduate of Emporia State University in Kansas, Eduardo has quickly made his mark in the industry by leading teams, adapting fast, and consistently delivering results.

Originally from Guatemala City, Guatemala, Eduardo’s journey has taken him across borders and cultures, ultimately leading him to the St. Louis area. His experiences have shaped a strong work ethic grounded in purpose, persistence, and a deep passion for connecting with people.

Since joining DOtec in November 2024, Eduardo has been supporting large-scale development projects across Texas, Georgia, and Missouri. His focus is on delivering housing solutions for underserved communities—work that aligns with his commitment to making a meaningful social impact. Eduardo is known for going the extra mile for clients and helping deliver real, lasting solutions.

Outside of work, Eduardo is a multilingual communicator, fluent in English and Spanish, and currently learning French. He’s also a former bartender with a knack for crafting the perfect piña colada or mojito.
