  • Non-destructive testing, including the design and implementation of automatic NDT equipment and expert CAT systems for the automatic interpretation of indications and application of standard acceptance criteria, or special Fracture Mechanics criteria.
  • Design of automatic quality control equipment.
  • Failure analysis, including optical and electron microscopy (TEM & SEM), fractography, computer simulation, etc.
  • Reconstruction of accidents involving industrial equipment, land or water vehicles, airplanes, helicopters, etc.
  • Experimental and theoretical vibration analysis critical for rotating machinery balancing.
